Online admission must be made in the prescribed form available in the S.G.G. University Website. Hard copy of Online application form must be submitted to the College office.

Admissions are valid for the year only and therefore have to be obtained for each subsequent year of study.

In case an application is favourably considered, a list of provisionally selected candidates will be published on the college notice board with a date for an interview and counselling with the selection committee and the Principal.

Immediately after the interview, the candidate, if selected, will be enrolled forthwith, on payment of the fees prescribed. All admissions are subjected to the approval of the University.

Candidates may opt for a change in subject within 15 days from the commencement of the session.

Passing the previous examination in the first attempt is necessary for admission to the next class.

For caution money and T.C; the student should ensure that he/she has got the clearance from the library, sports department and all science laboratories.

The student seeking admission in the college boys/girls hostel shall obtain an application form from the their respective office and shall get the room allotted by the Hostel Superintendent only after admission in the college.
